today 1st time open a restaurant
is dinner service
fine dinning~~
we are doing sliver service
is somehow like a high class restaurant
serve the customer from
starter to dessert
all come out one by one
like the roast chicken
we need to show the whole chicken
to the guest
and cut on the spot
but very lucky
the whole chicken dindn't fly out
i think is becoz the lecturer beside me
and help me cut gua...
and sliver service
serve the food from left clear from right
serve drink from right clear from right
dunno is too nervous or not
whn i serving my chicken
suddenly the lecturer
appear beside me
like a ghost
no sound one
and he ask me
sliver service serve food from where?
thn i stop there for 1 second
"left...?"
"so?!why u serve the meal from
the right hand side of the customer?!"
and thn i quickly run back to the
left of the customer and serve
the most difficult thing is
to clear the plate
coz the plate is so heavy~!!!!
whn we practice i cannot take 4 plate on one hand
but today i need to carry all plate
+ the thing that customer eat left
OMG~!
the soup adi heavy la
somemore we need to clear the main-course plate
plus the bb plate and bone together~
HELP~!
dunwan care abt take in one hand la
i curi curi take in 2 hand..
but at the last very happy
coz my customer say
he enjoy my serivice~
1st time service leh
got ppl praise me~
ahahahahaha~
and the lecturer say i must be happy lo
coz the customer ask my hp number
thn i say
"har? got meh?i tought he is asking the
girl beside him?"
lecturer:"you la,he is asking u but u pretend
didn't hear him"
"ya meh?is the girl la"
thn the lecturer say
"got girl meh?y i din't notice?"

my lecturer, u talk to them until so happy
and u didn't notice there is a girl inside them?
hello~whn i was serving u are standing beside the girl leh
........
so tired~my leg so pain
wearing high heel and run the restaurant for 5 hr
but is interesting la~
at least i learn many
