i think i'm keep increasing my weight..
becoz my sis say my
tummy very round...
i aso feel like tat la
but...
the tummy very round
and soft leh~
for personal, i like
to 撫摸 my
tummy
coz it is quite soft and
feel very comfortable
i think...
is like the pillow i always
hug and sleep
maybe i love the pillow
so much
so the pillow transfer to my tummy..
and the fat make my
body become 'tong yao~'
maybe is long time no go exercise
all 'lam lam' one
the tummy is not
a problem to me
coz i think ppl will
feel comfortable whn they hug me...

Food Production 2~

Today suppose to be food service class
but our production lecturer wan us
to learn all the mock up 1st
she dunwan us to forget abt wad she teach
yesterday on next week class...

Today we make a lot of sauce
mayonise sauce
1000 island
cocktail sauce
and one forget wad name le...
before this, mayonise sauce
is my favorite...
but now i hv to think twice
b4 i eat...
why?
let me tell you

the way to make mayonise sauce
1st we need 4 egg yolk
2nd a little bit of salt
until now is very normal rite?
i tell u other tat will scared u one...
3rd pour 1 litre of oil~!!!
thn it become 1 big bowl of mayonise
like 2 big bottle of mayonise u buy outside...
imagine....
u r eating oil into ur stomach....
4 egg yolk oni...
the rest r oil...
imagine....

next we make noodles...
is very fun to massage the dough
and we roll the dough until flat flat
and make it into noodles form
we aso done the beef balogonise sauce for
spagetti
and thn the ingredient left
lecturer cook for us to eat leh~
ppl who cannot eat beef she aso
fried chinese style noodles for us
is juz simple ingredient
but very nice leh~~
so we go chuan the student beside us
in the restaurant
hehehe~

but at last very tired lor~
wash wash wash wash~
my backbones wan break le...
and my hand become ah ma hand

at the end of the class
lecturer tell us to pour all the sauce into
plastic bag
and still hv potatoes left...
actually lecturer wan make mash potato de
but we all to ''tam jia'' liao
juz boil the potato oni
we start to curi curi eat jor
and thn use the tok tok for fishball to
tok the potato in the boiling water
and thn there still hv little sauce
inside the sauce bowl
so we go mix the sauce left
inside the bowl to eat

but the potato is too hot
so somebody eat until the potato fly out to the basin
at this time the lecturer come back
and thn she saw us so ''tam jia''
so she left us to eat lor
suddenly the whole group
gather around the potato and
eat like a hungry ghost
and thn no mash adi
she juz pour kicap with the potato
and we eat

is very tired today but quite fun
at least better thn yesterday
becoz got thing to eat leh~

Food Production

Today 1st day in kitchen
so excited
1st thing lecturer tell us to do is to
scoop out all the chicken visceral(chicken liver,intenstine,heart,lung etc)
and thn our group start face green green...
all eye stare until so big
but no choice...we hv to dig..
later on our hand all become bloody...
next
lecturer teach us to chop vegetable
chop ma~very easy rite?
but u r WRONG
western chop skill is different
i slice the carrot..
and thn get scold
coz my carrot slice until very thick
lecturer say i am so 粗魯..
next dice union...
water keep coming out from my eyes..
wash leek
the leaf of the leek break out....

most worst is to pare the leek
she juz told us to pare the skin
so i pare lo
dunno why...whn she turn back her head after while
she see at my leek
thn she grap it from my hand
and trow it into the stock
say " the leek cannot use le la,u pare until the body/contain so thin and dissapear
and thn she trow one more to me
" pare again "
.......
i aso duwan de mah...
i very careful le leh...
altought the 2cm width leek
gv me pare until left 8mm body....

and thn practice to chop potato into barrel shape
dunno why...
the fist size potato
come into our hand
become smaller and smaller...
whn u finish...all the potato
become 50 sen width...
believe me
we are not purposely make it until so small one...
but....
....
....
we really cant control ma...

in the end
lecturer tell me to pour soup
thn i too nervous
i accidently pour out...
and thn the person who squat in front of me to measure the litre jump out..
at last
mop the table
is really not my fault...
but i mop until the box that hang on the table
(usually to contain soup one, hotel type table)
drop down inside the table...
the lecturer beside me leh
so paiseh...
believe me...i not so 粗魯..
is the table lousy
so easy to drop in
and lecturer face no expression
she juz open the door of the table
and tell me to take out...

i done so many thing to let ppl laugh at me...
cannot blame me de mah...
1st time ma..
altought at last we so tired...
but is really fun~!
